We provide community-based programs to a defined population with person-centered care. Our programs are unique to the population that we serve. We have a wider practice of behavioral health care for people with severe mental illness and individuals who have a dual diagnosis of Intellectual Disability and Mental Illness. Behavioral Health which includes mental health, also encompasses wellness, including substance abuse, behavior, habits, and other external forces. Intellectual Disability embraces various developmental disabilities, including Autism.
Integrated behavioral health care is our approach. It has been developed to improve the quality and effectiveness of our programs and services to persons with severe mental illness and individuals with the dual diagnosis of Intellectual Disability and co-occurring Mental Illness, our “defined population”.
